Sub-processors
Relativity Labs Inc. d/b/a String (“String”) engages third-party service providers (“sub-processors”) to help provide the Services. We maintain a current list of the sub-processors that process customer data (datasets we collect and deliver for customers) or the personal data of our users (portal account holders, billing and CRM contacts) on String's behalf. For each sub-processor the list states the vendor, what it does for String, and where processing occurs.
The list is available to customers and prospective customers on request. Our Privacy Policy describes what information we collect and how we use it.

Changes to the list
String updates the list before engaging a new sub-processor that processes customer data or the personal data of our users. Customers holding a Data Processing Addendum with String are notified of sub-processor changes per its terms.
